摘要
微型彩色滤色器已成为实现LCD彩色显示的主要手段。染色法因其色度性能好,工艺相对简单,成本低廉,而最先获得商业应用。本文介绍和分析用染色法制作滤色器的工艺过程及我们获得的结果。整个工艺的关键是一定分子量、窄分子量分布的多肽物质的制备。滤色器的色度性能则主要由染料品种和染色介质层厚度决定。检测结果表明我们制得的滤色器有良好的分辨率、色度性能、表面平整度及热、光、化学稳定性。综合性能满足使用要求。
The manufacture process of the dyed color filter is reviewed and the research results that we have obtained are analyzed. A special polypeptide,the hydrolyzate of gelatin,has been used as a photopolymer material for the layer which is to be dyed. With strict control,its molecular weight can be narrowly distributed as desired. The chromaticirty of CFs is mainly determined by the kinds of dyes and the thickness of the layer to be dyed. The result shows that our CFs have not only good color characteristics,but also high resolution,transparency and stability against heat, light and chemicals.
