摘要
合成了大孔螯合树脂聚-N-亚水杨基乙烯基苯胺,研究了它对6种金属离子的螯合性能。结果表明,在pH=5时树脂对Cu^(2+)的吸附容量达1.3mmol/g干树脂。据此提出了一个用此树脂回收废水中微量铜和除去光亮镀镍溶液中微量Cu^(2+)的方法,效果良好。
In this paper the synthesis and chelating property of a macroporous chelate resin,poly-N-salicylidene vinylaniline (PSVA) are studied. It is found that the resin has agood adsorbability for Cu^(2+) at pH = 5 and for Fe^(3+) in 0.17 mol/L HCl. The adsorptioncapacity was 1.35 mmol Cu^(2+) per g PSVA. A satisfactory result was obtained, usingPSVA resin in removing trace amount of Cu^(2+) from nickel electroplating solution andwasted water. The resin can be regenerated by successively washing with mixture of 5%EDTA and 1.5mol/L H_2SO_4.
