本文报道了一种将显色剂直接加入到展开剂中进行碳水化合物薄层分析的新方法，该法仅用一种溶液兼做“展层－显色”液，使展开与显色并为一步完成，简化了手续，节约了试剂，尤其减少了展开剂与显色剂喷洒对环境的重复污染。样品斑点色度均匀而清晰，避免了显色剂喷洒不匀而造成的弊端。在同一层析板上，不同样品具有不同的Ｒｆ值，而且斑点的色度也有差别．故既利于分离，又利于定性，新方法对微型层析效果也很好。

In this paper, a new method of thin-layer chromatography of carbohydrate is presented.Only one solution is used for both developing solution and coloring use.The color reagent is added to the developing solution directly,with developing and coloring being accomplished simultaneously. The new method not only saves time and reagent but also decreases enviromental pollution. The color of the spot is fine and clear,exclusive of the inhomogeneity caused by the injection of color agent. Different samples have different Rf and color discrimination on the sample plate, which are favourable for seperation and identification.
