摘要 用钨盐涂覆石墨管,大幅度提高测定血清中锡的灵敏度和稳定性。选用氨和钼酸盐混合基体改进剂,消除基体干扰。方法简便、快速、灵敏度和精密度高。特征浓度2.73×10-3μg·ml-1/1%。回收率95.75~106.16%。RSD2.63~7.34%。 Different kinds of graphite tubes such as uncoated, albumin-coated, molybdenatecoated and tungstate-coated have been tested for optimization of operating condition for determination of Sn in serum by GFAAS. The effects of different metal ions have been eliminated by adding NH3. H2O and Mo,O3.as matrix modifier. The method is suitable for determination of serum of cancer patients. The characteristic mass is 2.73×10-3μg/ml/1%. The recovery rate is between 95.75 and 101.16%. The relative standard deviation is between 2.63 and 7.34%. The result obtained is satisfactory.
