摘要
本文报道了共焦显微镜的基本原理、性能、用途等。这种显微镜的最大优点是分辨率高，它特别适合于有机化学材料、生物材料的应用研究。
Basic principle, capability and applications of con focal scanning microscopes are reported. The greatest advantage of these microscopes are their high resolution, and therefore they are particularly suitable for the study on chemical and biological materials.
