摘要 本文研究了大面积水域中浮游植物的叶绿素提取液、天然水样、经过滤的天然水样以及高等植物中提取出的叶绿素的荧光特性,首次发现当用波长337.1nm为激发光源时,会产生两个荧光峰,一个在670nm处,另一个在405nm处。这一发现对于探测大面积水域叶绿素分布有着明显的应用价值。 The fluorescence charateristics of chlorophyll liquid extracted, natural water, natural water filtered and chlorophyll liquid extracted from higher plant were studied. Using excitation light source of wavelength λ= 337. 1nm, two fluorescence peaks were discovered in fluorescence spectra. One fluorescence peak is situated at 670um and the other at 405nm.
