摘要
进行了稀土氨基酸-茚三酮体系荧光增强作用研究。探讨了不同稀土离子与配体Ruhemann’spurple作用,生成配合物的荧光增强作用机理和条件。
Studies have been carried out on the fluorescence enhancement of ninhydrin--amino acid in the presence of RE3+ (Y3+, La3+, Pr3+, Eu3+, Gd3+ ) Tb3+, Yb3+). Experimental results show that RE3+ with ruhemann's purple forms a 1: 3 complex in pH6, and the complex can enhance the fluorescence of ninhydrin-amino acid system. The enhancement mechanism is discussed.
