摘要
本文研究了磷,砷钼杂多酸-罗丹明6G荧光猝灭反应,以P-矩阵计算混合体系中痕量磷和砷。本法灵敏度高,选择性好,简便快速,应用于铜合金中的痕量磷和砷测定,获得满意结果。
The P-Matrix method for simultaneous spectrofluorimetric determination of phosphorus and arsenic was studied. Fluorescence intensity was measured at an excitation wavelength of 350nm and three wavelengths in the range of 550-560nm were selected as emission lines. The calibration was found linear in the range of 0-0.5μg of P (Ⅴ) and 0-2.0μg of As (Ⅴ) in 25ml. The method has been used satisfactorily for the determination of P (Ⅴ) and As (Ⅴ) in copper alloys.
