摘要
本文首次记录了柞蚕丝样品的拉曼光谱,讨论了拉曼光谱数据与红外光谱数据之间的差别,计算了拉曼光谱中酪氨酸残基费米共振双线的相对比。结果表明,柞蚕丝蛋白分子中的酪氨酸残基为"暴露型"。
The Raman spectrum of a tussah silk sample has been recorded for the first time by Fourier transform Raman spectromerer, and the differences between the Raman spectral data and the infrared ones have been discussed. The intensity ratio I850/I830 in the Raman spectrum is about 1. 2, and it is showed that the tyrosyl residues in tussah silk protein molecules are 'exposed', not 'buried'.
