摘要
采用三波长-光谱法测定利福平的含量,有效地消除了随浓度不同发生的本底漂移及吸收峰不对称给定量分析造成的影响,并校正了基于干扰组分(添加剂)的吸收光谱具有线性吸收产生的基线倾斜度。本法的回收率为93.22%~105.83%,变异系数小于0.15%(n=9),方法的准确度与精密度均令人满意。同时,在微机控制下,操作易行,运算简单。
Quantitative determination of rifampicinum by three wavelength spectrophotometry can eliminate the absorbance error of interfering components, turbid solution, dirty absorbance cells and the scattering effect besides. Back-ground changed with concentration changed and asymmetric absorption peak problems can be solved also. The method is more advantageous than tranditional spectrophotometry method. The recovery is 93. 22% ̄105. 83% and the coefficient of variation is 0. 159%.
