摘要
对三种理论系数的计算方法进行了深入系统的研究,获得了系数的某些规律与合理的计算法则、以及有关样品分析和XRF基础研究的主要信息(二元系数αij、三元系数dij与原子序数Zj或浓度Wj间存在特殊的关系,多组分微小变动系数δij具有对称性)。分别用所获法则计算了DJ,LT,JIS数学模式中的各种系数,并应用于钒钛铁矿及其渣或中、低合金钢中主要元素的分析。
A extensive systematic study was carried out on the approaches of three kinds of theoretical coefficient. The laws and rational rules of calculating codfficients as well as certain important information on the analysis of sample and on the basic research of XRF were acquired. (there are the special relationships between the binary coefficient ac or ternary coefficient d,j and atomic numbers Zij; or concentration Wj, and the multicomponent minuteness changing coefficient δij has its symertric property). The calculated coefficients in DJ, LT, JIS mathematical models by the acquired rules were applied for XRF determination of main elements in Sefstromite and its slags or middel-low alloy steel respectively.
