摘要
本文报道了乙醇在ICP-MS中的溶剂效应。详细研究了入射功率和载气流量等条件与乙醇溶剂效应的相关性,并与甘油和铥的基体效应进行了比较。结果表明:乙醇对被分析元素的信号有显著影响。随等离子体的入射功率和载气流速的不同,其相对灵敏度会出现增强,不变或抑制。在常规多元素分析折衷条件下,乙醇对轻元素具有增强效应,尤其对As和Se具有特效增强性。
Signal enhancement of elements, particularly for As and Se, due to the presence of ethanol' in the ICP-MS is reported' The dependence of signal enhancement on plasma.power and nebulizer flow rate was studied. Comparing with Tm and glycerol, 2% of ethanol has a enhancement effect on signals of all the light elements examined' An obvious feature that the enhancement effect drops off with the increase in mass number was observed.Ethanol f as an enhancement agent, can be used to compensate the signal depression caused by inorganic matrix and to improve the detection limits for the elements not favourable in ICP-MS determination such as As and Se.
