摘要
本文经选择适当的测定波长，同时采用多波长直线回归法、Ｐ－矩阵法和联立方程组新解法测定热痛灵注射液的含量。三种方法简便、快速、准确，样品测定结果均和北京市药品标准法测定结果一致。
With appropriate wavelength selection, the contents of components of retongling injection may be determined by multi-wavelength linear regression method, P-matrix method and new solution of simultaneous equations in spectrophotometry. Based on the data observed it is concluded that these methods are accutate, reliable, simple and rapid as compared with the standard pharmacy regulations of Beijing.
