Measurement and Study Methods of Stray Light in a Laser Raman Spectrophotoment

本文在文献［１］的基础上，简单综述了激光Ｒａｍａｎ分光计中杂散光的测试方法与技术，介绍了相应的杂散光检测标准，并提出了一种定量研究激光Ｒａｍａｎ分光计中杂散光的实用方法，给出了相应的实验结果。

In this paper, measuring methods and techniques of stray hight in a laser Raman spectrophotoment are reviewed simply， and the relative standard for testing stray light is introduced． Finally，a useful method for investigating distribution characteristics of stray light and relationship between the instru mental parameters and stray light in a laser Raman spectrophotoment are sug gested，and corresponding experimental resuIts are given.
