大陆与香港在信息技术领域的学术合作前景

Prospects of Technical Cooperation between Universities of the Mainland and Hong Kong in Research of Information Technologies

本文扼要记述中国科学院和香港科技大学最近在上海联合召开′９４高科技研讨会的概况。本文又简单介绍香港科技大学和香港中文大学近年在微电子、计算机软件、光纤及无线通信等有关信息技术方面进行研究的项目。最后，对大陆与香港的大学和研究所实现学术合作表示诚挚希望。

The paper briefly describes the '94 High-Tech Workshop recently held in Shanghai,sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In particular,the paper introduces the on-going projects of HKUST and CUHK,in the field of Information Technology, including Microelectronics,Computer Software. Optical fiber and Wireless Communication Technologies. Finally,it expresses sincere hope for technical cooperation in these research projects between the Universities and Research Institutes of the Mainland and Hong Kong.
