摘要
宽带光接收组件中前端电路的低噪声设计在整个光通信系统的研制中具有重要地位。本文介绍了一种新的阻抗匹配网络设计方法,并与传统的调谐网络设计法作了比较。结果表明,本文方法在超高频微波频端作宽带设计更为适合。最后,采用本文方法设计了几个电路样品并给出了相应的实验结果。
The minimum noise design of the wideband optical receiving module plays an important role in the full optical communication system. In this paper a new impedance matching network design method is introduced and is compared with the traditional tunning network method. The result shows that the method of this paper is more suitable for the circuits used in super-high frequency and microwave domain. Finally several hardwares designed by this method are made out and corresponding testing results are given out.
