摘要
本文开发了一种用于高速宽带光发射组件自动优化设计中的综合宽带匹配技术,这个技术是在较为详细研究了电光器件内在特性的基础上提出的。文中还介绍了对建立组件CAD模型至关重要的宽带匹配电路网络参数的快速计算新方法,随后给出了光发射组件自动优化设计的基本CAD模型,并进行了分析,得到了一些有实用价值的结论。
In this paper a synthetic wideband matching technology is developed which is used in the auto-optimizing design of superhigh-speed wideband optical emitting module. This technology is given out after simulating and analysing the inner characteristics of elctron-optical devices. In this paper a new method of fast-speed evaluating the network parameters of wideband matching circuit is introduced which plays an important role in the process of setting up the CAD model of the module. Then the basic CAD model is given out and corresponding study is made. Some valuable conclusions are obtained.
