冰洲石晶体加工技术的新发展

New development of processing technique of Iceland Spar

冰洲石是一种昂贵的光学晶体材料，由于其完善的解理性和脆性而难于加工。依靠传统的纯机械加工方法常常导致生产率低下和废品率增高。随着科学技术的进步，冰洲石晶体的加工技术有了较大的发展。本文概述了国内外关于冰洲石晶体加工技术的现状及存在的主要问题，并着重介绍了近年来的新发展。提出了当前急需解决的研究课题。对深入开展这方面的研究及生产实践具有一定的指导作用。

Iceland Spar is and expansive optical crystal and it is difficult to be processed because of its complete cleavage and brittleness.To dependent on traditional pure-mechanical processing will al-ways lead to low productivity and high reject rate.With the development of science and technology,the processing technique of Iceland Spar developed greatly. The present situation and main problems of pro-cessing technique at home and abroad is briefly related and new development in recent years is intro-duced emphatically.Some urgent subjects for the time being are put foward.It will act as guide for thorongh study and productive practice in this field.
