摘要
本文从垂直入射平面镜M_1、M_2的两束光间的附加光程差和扩展光源时,倾斜线相对于中心光线的相对光程差两方面分析了没有补偿板的迈克尔逊干涉仪的附加光程差,推导出干涉条纹形状方程式,并以实例数据详细讨论了干涉仪动镜移动过程中干涉条纹形状的变化。
Based on the additional optical path difference between two light beams incoming perpen-dicularly on mirror M _1,M_2,and the optical path difference between oblique beam and central beamwhen an extended optical source is used,the additional optical path difference of Maclson interferometerwithout a compensator is analysed.Pattern eqnation of interference fringe is deduced.The change offringe’s shape during the moving of the mirror is discussed in detail in the light of data of practical exam-ple.
