摘要
采用数值算法,研究了不同油膜间隙形状相应的三油叶精密轴承的摩擦性能,研究结果表明,瓦弧边缘的最大间隙b_m与中央的最小间隙C_m之差值△r_m在一定范围内增大时,有利于建立动压油膜,△r_m较小时,相应的摩擦系数较大。
The friction performance of oil film on journal of three lobe bearing is researched onthe condition of different oil film clearance forms by means of numerical calculation method.Research results indicate that increase of difference value △r_m between maximum clearancevalue b_m pad arc edge and minimum clearance value c_m of pad arc center favors building of hy-drodynamic oil film,The friction coefficient increases with the decrease of △r_m.
