摘要
采用几种不同的光学理论推导在平面波和球面波照明下的Talbot效应的原理和成像的条件,从不同的角度和侧面分析了Talbot效应的物理思想,讨论了应用Talbot效应和莫尔技术来检验大口径光束准直性的方法及这种方法检验准直性的精度。介绍了几个Talbot效应的实际应用。采用上述原理对两个大型平行光管进行了准直性的检验;调焦精度可高于二分之一焦深,准直性精度高于10 ̄(-5)弧度。实验结果完全符合理论计算和方案设计。
This paper deducted the principle of Talbot effect and the conditions of self-imaging byusing several optical theories and analyzed at different angles its physical idems,It also discussed the method of measuring the collimation of large beams based on Talbot effect andmoire techmology,made further research on the accuracy of the above methods and intro-duced the other applications of that method.In addition, the above mentioned principle hasbeen applied to make testing of collimation for the two large-scal collimators. The accuracy offocus-adjustment can exceed half of focus-depth and the accuracy of collimation can exceed10 ̄(-5) rad.The result of the experiment absolutey complied to the theoretical calculation anddesignation. This method has not only a high degree of accuracy but also a simple structureand can achieve easy instrumentation that can be adopted to test the multiple optical andphysical parameters. It has extensive practical values.
