The paper introduces with the stress on the overall designing of 260 laser television cinetheodolite. It describes briefly development process of the instrunment,designed idea and basic requrememt of overall and main branches,and some haudles of ensureingperformance index. Finally it summarigs up and analyses technique progress and existed problems of the cinethoeodolite.
