摘要
涂丝电极问世已有十多年,可用于离子选择性场效应管、高效液相色谱检测器,但稳定性差。一般认为涂丝电极的金属与PVC膜之间的电子传递是由不可逆电对Pt|O_2,H_2O所引起,因此可以认为,这一电对的不可逆性以及在使用过程中O_2、H_2O活度的变化是造成涂丝电极稳定性差的根本原因。本文以利多卡因涂丝电极作为研究对象。
Coated wire electrodes were prepared by coating PVC membrane on a platinum wirewhich had been modified with polyaniline or polyvinyl alcohol (containing a redox pair ofK_4Fe(CN)_6/K-3 Fe (CN)_6 and Lidocaine)respectively. The electrodes prepared not only havemerits of Pt wire coated. with PVC membrame, but also an improved stability.
