All-Optical Switching in Intersecting Waveguide

提出了交叉波导结构中的非线性全光开关设想。用光束传输法（ＢＰＭ），就自聚焦以及自散焦两种不同衬底材料波导，显示了全光开关的原理以及结构参量与开关特性之间的关系。

The intersecting waveguide switches based on the Kerr effect are proposed forthe self-focusing and self-defocusing nonlinear substrates. By using the beam propagationmethod,the switching characteristics are examined.
