摘要
采用X光照相检测GH163合金TIG(tungsten-inert-gasarcwelding)焊结构时,在胶片上发现焊缝中心有一黑线。本文通过X光偏转实验和光学金相对其形成机制进行了研究,并提出了防治措施。
The aviation engine afterburning combustor is a type welding assembly made from GH1 63alloys,and TIG-welding is adopted generally. The same black line as crack is found byradiography after welding.This is a projecting question of radionraphy.The paper outlines a casestudy of TIG-welding quality with the aid of diagnosing black-line nature,exploring form mechanismand drafting precaution against black-line. Ti may be seen that the extreme of light elements is internalcause producing black-line and the energy input external cause.
