摘要
本文探讨了一种对光学系统分辨率进行自动检测的方法,这种方法利用光电检测技术,将被测光学系统对标准分辨率图案板形成的空间分布的光信号转换成时间序列的电信号,经单片机处理,显示测试结果,从而使光学系统分辨率和测量实现了数字化、自动化,并消除了检测中主观的、人为的误差因素。
The paper disscusses a method of auto-detecting resolution of optical system,The method converts spatially distributive optical signals of standard resolution panel imaged by the measured optical system into time-sequential electrical signals by use of optic-electric detection technology,The results of detection are displayed through processing of single-chip computer.So digitalization and automation are realized in detecting resolution of optical system.Meanwhile the factor of suUective error during detecting is eliminated.
