摘要
本文通过对电子陷获型红外上转换材料的激发光谱和发光光谱特性曲线的测试,论证该材料与一般红外器件相比,具有响应光谱范围广(0.8~1.6μm)等优点,为该材料的推广应用提供了可靠的依据。
In this paper,bythemeasurement of excitation andemission spectrum ofdectron trappinginfra-red up-conversion materials,it is proved that ET(Electron Trapping)materials have such aswideexcitation spectrum( 0.8~1.6 μm)advantages over normal infra-red devices,itprovided thereliable basis for the wide application of this kind of material.
