Line Rotation Scrambling and Descrambling of TV signals

为实现ＰＡＬ视频信号加扰的高保密性，可采用行旋转加扰技术。本文叙述了行旋转加扰解扰原理，及其系统的结构。

To obtain high security scrambling of PAL video signals,line rotation scrambling canbe adopted. The scrambling and descrambling principle based on line rotation is described in thispaper.The structure of the system is also introduced.
