高温法棉浆二醋片与木浆二醋片可纺性之比较

摘要 本文比较了高温法木浆二醋片和棉浆二醋片丙酮纺丝原液的透明度、过滤性、可纺性及其纤维的结构和性能.认为木浆二醋片纺丝原液的透明度和最大纺丝速度较低,而过滤性能较好.由二者生产的二醋纤结构及性能相近. The diaphaneity,filterability and spinnability of acetone solutions of cellulose acetates produced respectively from cotton pulp (CPCA) and wood pulp (WPCA),as well as the structures and properties of their fibers were compared. It showed that the diaphaneity and maximum rate of spinning of WPCA acetone solution are lower,but its filterability is better, and the structures and properties of both fibers produced from acetone solutions of WPCA and CPCA are close.
