锌硫分离浮选新调整剂的研究

摘要 车河选厂处理的矿石性质不断变化,锌精矿的选别指标波动较大,锌精矿品位仅为42%~43%,对原矿回收率在50%~60%范围内波动.针对生产上存在的问题,1994年以来进行了流程查定,找出锌金属的走向,堵塞住锌金属的流失,强化了锌金属的归队.在锌硫分离浮选作业中进行了新调整剂—氯化铵的工业试验,获得锌精矿品位47.68%,对原矿回收率83.39%的选别指标, As properties of the ore treated in Chehe Mineral Processing Mill change constantly,the beneficiation results of Zn concentrate fluctuate significantly;the grade of Zn concentrate used to be 42%~43% and its recovery to the raw ore ranged between 50%~60%.Aiming at the problem existing in production, since 1994,the flow-process examination has been conducted for finding out the run of Zn metal,blocking Lip the loss of Zn and strengthening the oriented flow of Zn. The industrial test for applying a new regulatorammonium chloride in the Zn-S separating flotation has been conducted and beneficiation results that the grade of Zn concentrate is 47. 68% and its recovery to the raw ore is 83. 38%have been obtained.
