混合黄药浮选铜录山氧化矿石的研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON FLOTATION OF THE OXIDE ORE IN TONGLUSHAN MINE WITH MIXED XANTHATES

摘要 铜录山矿区的含金(银)铜(铁)氧化矿属于氧化率高(≥90%)含泥多的难选矿石.采用多种黄药组合而成的混合黄药CES进行浮选,捕收力强,浮游速度快.与选厂使用的异了基黄药ED-4进行对比,精矿品位一致(含Cu>18%,An>10g/t,Ag>90g/t),铜回收率提高6.70%,金回收率提高9.33%,银回收率提高5.67%,相应回收率分别达81.28%(铜),84.00%(金),66.B3%(银).这是因为混合黄药CES不仅保持各组分原有特性,而且充分发挥相互间的协同效应.此项研究为同类矿石不同铜矿物的浮选及伴生金、银的回收提供新的混合捕收剂. The oxide ore containing An (Ag),Cu (Fe)in Tonglushan Mine Field belongs to the refractory ore with high oxidation rate and high slime content. When mixed xanthate CES formed by the combination of variotls xanthates is applied in the flotation of the oxide ore,it has the advantages of high collection Power and fast flotation speed.Compared with isobutyl xanthate applied in the mineral processing mill, on the basis of the same grade of the concentrate(containing Cu>18%, An>10g/t and Ag>90 g/t),the reco-very of Cu can be increased by 6.70%,that of An by 9.33% and Ag by 5.67;the corresponding recovery has reached 81. 28% for Cu,84.00% for An and 66.83% for Ag,respectively. The reason lies in the fact that mixed xanthate CES not only maintains the original characteristics of each xanthate constituent but also gives full play to the synergistic effect among various xanthates.Our study has provided a new mixed collector for the same category of ores in flotation of copper minerals and recovery of the associated gold and silver.
