摘要
本实验主要研究波长为190 nm~860nm 的光照射到人体直肠癌组织和正常直肠组织时的光学性质。结果表明:1.波长在280nm~860nm 范围、癌组织与正常组织的反射比、透射比曲线有相似的变化;2.波长为250nm 处,正常组织的反射曲线出现一波蜂,癌组织则无波峰;3.波长在210nm~280 nm 间,正常组织的吸收曲线出现波谷,癌变组织则无波谷。研究结果为癌肿的临床诊断和治疗提供了某些参考。
The research of this experiment mainly shows the optical qualities of rectum can-cer tissue and normal rectum tissue of human body as the light with the wavelengh of 190-860 nm irradiates them.The results show that (1)with the wavelengh of 280-860nm,thereflectance curve and the transmittance curve of cancer tissue and normal tissue have the simi-lar changes;(2)with the wavelengh of 250 nm,the reflectance curve of normal tissue appearsa crest,but none the curve of cancer tissue;(3)with the wavelengh of 210-280 nm,the absor-btance curve of normal tissue appears a trough,but none the curve of cancer tissue.
