摘要
本文采用He—Ne激光照射小鼠胸腺区及腹部。观察激光照射对T细胞及巨噬细胞的影响,结果激光照射组小鼠淋转率及吞噬率较对照组明显增高,两组间相比 P<0.01,证明激光具有增强细胞免疫功能的作用。
In this paper,thymus region and abdomen in mice was irradiated by He-Ne laserto observe the effects of laser irradiation on T Lymphocyte and macrophages.The results de-monstrated that rate of Lymphocyte transformation and phagocytosis of macrophage could increasein group of irradiation.In comparison with the contrast group,the difference was highly signifi-cant(P<0.01).It was shown that laser may have improvement CMI.
