摘要
本文介绍了ＫＴＲＯＮ公司最新的注色机控制软件４．０５版的５０个程序地址，结合正交试验法分析了一些地址值对色料流量稳定性的影响，并采用高斯－牛顿法迭代回归了３７号地址值的数学模型．笔者推荐的一套地址值能使色粒流量的相对误差小于０．６％，避免了色差丝的产生，从而提高了企业的经济效益．
In this peper,fifty program addresses of the lastest control softward 4.05 of the KTRON T20bavebon discussed,the effects of some address values on the flow stability of masterhatch have been studied by using the Cross-experiment method and the mathematical models of the important address values have ben made by the Gauss-Newton method.A set of address values recommended can make the relative error of the now less than 0.6 percent so that it can improve the economic efficieney because of avoiding the chromatic difference of polyester filament.
