摘要
本文通过实验证实：以苯酚－氯仿混合溶剂（体积比为３：２）溶解切片，对提高测定羧基含量的准确度是有利的，从而对原方法进行改进。
Through experiments,it is proved that this method is advantageous to improve the accuracy of the measurment of percentage of carboxyl end group by using the mixture of phenol and chloroform (the volume proportion is 3 to 2). Therefore the original method is improved.
