摘要
本文运用金属波导摄动理论及实验测试结果,获得金属平板波导基模损耗。本文结果对FIT 波导(红外金属软波导)的研制具有指导意义,由此可设计出内腔式复合波导起偏CO_2激光器及高功率内腔式金属平板波导起偏CO_2激光器。
In this paper,applying perturbation theory and experimental results,the losses ina metallic planar waveguide are given.The conclusion will be applied in a FIT(Flexible-infraredtransmissive)waveguide,Moreover,an intracavity CO_2,laser polarized by complex waveguides,and a high-power intracavity CO_2 laser polarized by a metallic planar waveguide have been de-signed.
