摘要
本文叙述了采用侧向辉光光谱方法研究CO激光器,确认了游离H原子为影响CO激光器功率及寿命的主要因素,并分析了其影响的机理。
We used the method of sidelight spectra for studying CO Laser. The experimental results show that H atom plays a main role in affecting the power and life time of the laser,and the analysis is given as well in the paper.
