摘要
在深圳某猪场分别用基因工程苗、三联苗、自家苗接种妊娠母猪,通过母乳使仔猪获得被动免疫。从而明显地降低了仔猪黄痢、白痢发病率,窝断奶重分别比对照组增加4.9kg、8;7kg和2.4kg。但由于该场仔猪白痢、黄痢病原复杂,除致病性大肠杆菌外,尚混感有轮状病毒,等孢子球虫,因此对免疫效果有一定影响。
Gene engineering vaccine、trivatence vaccine. self made vaccine was vaccinated into thepregnant sows respectively at a pig farmer in Shenzhen. and the pigles obtained passive immunity bydrinking the sow’s milk.The piglet Yellow and White scour were decreased apparently. weaningweight of litter increased 4. 9kg、8:7kg and 2.4kg respectively.compared with that of control group.But the pathogens of piglet Yellow and White scour were complicated at this farmer,besides Colibacil-losis,they also contained Rotavirus、1.such.so the effect of immune was influence some extent.
