摘要
用ＴＮＦＥＬＩＳＡ检测免疫介导的再障小鼠发病时血浆中的ＴＮＦ及发病过程中血浆ＴＮＦ的动态变化，结果显示：免疫介导的再障小鼠血浆ＴＮＦ水平明显升高；ＴＮＦ随发病过程呈线性升高。
The increasing TNF level was observed in plasma from mice with immunologically-mediated aplastic anemia using TNF ELISA. It was Iinearly correlated with the developmentof the disease.
