七叶神安片的研制

The Preparation of Qiye Shenan Tablets

通过对七叶神安片的干法和湿法制粒压片工艺及处方筛选，并经４０℃、ＲＨ７０％条件下为期三个月的稳定性考察，结果表明：七叶神安片工艺采用干法制粒比湿法制粒要好；经加速稳定性试验后，产品的质量指标未有变化，制剂质量稳定，有效期可定为二年。

The formulations and processes of Qiye Shenan tablests were studied with dry as wellas wet processes.Their stability was investigated for three mouths under the conditions of 40℃ andRH 70%,It is shown that the dry process method was better than the wet one in the preparation ofthe tablets.No obvious change in the quality of the products was observed after the accelerated test ofstability.
