摘要
本研究报道了从真菌Ｅ－２中提取的粗酶液，可使样品的黄曲霉素（ＡＦＴＢ１）含量明显减少。其最适作用温度为２５℃，最佳作用时间为４０ｍｉｎ，最适ｐＨ６．０。与对照组比较，可使ＡＦＴＢ１．的含量减少高达８０％。本研究为从真菌中提取横曲霉素有解毒作用的高效、专一的生物酶，提供了初步的依据。
In this study,the ability of the crude extract from fungi E-2 to detoxifieate aflatoxinB1(AFTB1)was investigated and found effective.The results showed that the best effect could be ob-tained in the conditions of temperature at 25℃,pH6,0 and treating time of 60 minutes,Compared tothe controls,there was up to 80%reduction in the amount of AFTB1.
