摘要
以体外培养的人胚纤维母细胞为对象,利用细胞生化技术,同位素掺入技术等,观察了中草药裸花紫珠对细胞DNA合成,细胞生长曲线,蛋白质合成与释放及LDH同功酶活性的影响。实验结果表明:①裸花紫珠的生药浓度在0.4mg/ml~1.6mg/ml范围内,抑制人胚纤维母细胞的DNA合成。抑制作用随药物浓度的增加而增加;②裸花紫珠的生药浓度在0.4mg/ml~1.2mg/ml范围内,细胞生长曲线右移,群落倍增时间及达饱和密度时间均延长;③裸花紫珠的生式浓度在0.4mg/ml~1.2mg/ml范围内,促进人胚纤维母细胞合成释放蛋白质;④人胚纤维母细胞胞浆内LDH活性增高。本实验结果提示,裸花紫珠在治疗烧伤中,可能是通过抑制纤维母细胞的生长,促进蛋白质的合成,加强纤维母细胞的代谢功能而起作用的.另外,裸花紫珠对细胞生长的影响提示该药同时兼有延缓衰老的作用。
he effects of Callicapa Nudiflora(CN)on the DNA Synthesis,cells growth,synthe-sis and release of protein and LDH activity were studied tising human embryo,fibroblasts(HEF)astesting cells.It was found that,when treated with medium containg 0.4~1.2mg/ml CN,theDNA synthesis was inhibited and the cells growth curves moved rightwards,moreover.the proteincontents inside and outside the cells and the LDN activity increased dignificantly.The results suggest that CN inhibit the proliferation and promote the synthesis and release of protein in HEF.
