摘要 用IEST法研究感染度与感染持续时间对广州管圆线虫感染鼠抗体生成的影响。感染20,50和100条第3期幼虫的三组实验鼠,8星期后用IEST法检测血清中特异性抗体,GMRT分别是65.0,298.6和3G7.6,显示抗体滴度随感染度增大而递增趋势,而对照级则呈阴性。20只感染50条幼虫的实验鼠分别于感染前和感染后3,8和13星期检测,GMRT分别是105,5,298,6和190.3,滴度高峰在感染后8星期。实验表明,特异性抗体水平与感染度及感染持续时间密切相关。 The influences of intensity and duration of infection of Angiostrongylus cantonensis onthe production of specific antibody were studied using IEST technique.8 Weeks after infect ion with20,50 and 100 third一stage larvae,their GhIRT were 65.0,298.6 and 357.6,respectively,showingthat the specific antibody increascd in accordnnce with the intcnsity of infection,In the group of 20rats infected with 50 third一stage larvae, the GMRT was ncgative before infection,and 105.5,298. 6 and 190.3 at3,8 and 13 weeks after infection restoectivelly,with the peak at the 8th weck after in-fection,The results suggest that the levels of specific antibody are closely related to the intensity andduration of infection.
