摘要
本研究采用无带水剂的新工艺,以非氧化性酸替代浓硫酸作催化剂、采用梯度升温法,使正丙醇与没食子酸在较高温度下作用生成没食子酸丙醇,通过正交试验探索了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量和正丙醇用量对反应收率的影响,确定了最佳的工艺条件,收率达94%。
This paper described a new process of synthesis of propyl gallate with gallic acidand 1-propanol as materails without water-carrying agent.Non-oxidative acid was used ascatelyst instead of concentrated sulfuric acid, and the reaction was carried out at a higher tem-parature with temparture rising in a gradient style. The effects of temparature,reaction duration,and the amounts of catalyst and propanol on the yields were explored to determine the optimalworking conditions by orthogonal test.The yield was 94%.
