高效液相色谱法测定头孢双唑的含量

Appl ication of RP-HPLC in the Determination of Cefodizime Sodium

本文报道用反相高效液相色谱法测定头孢双唑含量的方法，用十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂；以ｐＨ６．４磷酸盐缓冲液—乙腈（９２０：８０）为流动相；检测波长为２６４ｎｍ。头孢双唑钠在５０～６５０μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内与峰面积显示出良好线性关系，平均回收率为９９．５％，相对标准偏差（ＲＳＤ）为０．２５％（ｎ＝５）。方法简便、可行。

An improved RP-HPLC method for determination of cefodizime sodium ls de-scribed in this paper. The liquid chromatograph was equipped with a 264nm detector and a 4.6×250mm column in which YWG-C18 was contained.A mixture of pH 6.4 phosphate buffer andacetonitrile(920:80) was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The range ofthe calibration wa.s 50～650 μg/ml r=0.9999 ).The average recovery of cefodizime sodiumwas 99.5%and the relative standard deviation was 0.25%(n=5).
