摘要
从ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性入胎盘中提取了乙型肝炎病毒特异性转移因子（ＨＢＶ－ＳＴＦ），对其各项指标进行了检测和临床试用。结果显示，我们制备的ＨＢＶ－ＳＴＦ是一种可用于治疗乙肝的安全、有效的免疫调节剂。
Hepatitis B Virus-specific transfer factor(HBV-STF ) was prepared with humanplacental from theHBsAg female patients positive. The quality of HBV-STF preparation and itsimmunological properties were determined. In preliminary clinical trial,the results showed thatthe HBV-STF preparation was a safe and high effective immuno-regulator for treating viral hep-atitis B.
