摘要
机械零件表面的微精处理是指对于机加工之后的机械零件表面进行激光处理,使其表面产生其有横向条纹的微凸体图案。这种人造的表面彤貌有利于机械零件在相对运动中的润滑,从而大幅度地提高机械零件的承载能力。Timken试验结果证明了经激光微精处理的试件可提高抗擦伤负荷5~6倍。
The laser microprecision treatment on the surfaces of mechanical parts means that after mechining the surfaces are retreated microprecisely by laser to produce an asperity texture with transversal orientation. The man-made surface topograph is favourable to lubrication of parts in relative mation and raising greatly the load capacity of parts. The Timken test displayed that the antiscuffing capacity can falseto 5-6 times than that nontreated.
