本文利用表面等离子体激元波(SPW)和非线性介质——掺半导体玻璃,得到了本征光学双稳态。临界开关功率~3.5mW。一、引言近几年来,SPW引起了人们的重视。人们已用它来产生二次谐波、双稳。
We report experimental observations of intrinsic optical bistability from attenuated total reflection(ATR) excitation of a surface plasmon ware (SPW), using semiconductor-doped glasses as the nonlinear medium. A critical switching power is about 3.5mW.
