二尖瓣狭窄肺动脉压力与左房压力的相关研究

THE STUDY ON CORRELATIONOF PULMONARY ARTERIALPRESURE WITH LEFT ATRIALPRESSURE JN MITRAL STENOSIS

通过对１１６例经皮球囊二大瓣成形术（ＰＢＭＶ）中测定肺动脉收缩压（ＰＡＳＰ）、舒张压（ＰＡＤＰ）、平均压（ＰＡＭＰ）、肺毛楔入压（ＰＣＷＰ）及左房收缩压（ＬＡＳＰ）、舒张压（ＬＡＥＰ）、平均压（ＬＡＭＰ），分组分析，结果显示二尖瓣狭窄者肺动脉压力与左房压力之间存在相关关系及相关规律，同时证实肺动脉与左房之间二级狭窄的存在。

Abstract the article has analysed in groups pulmonaryarterial systolic pressure(PASP), Pulmonary arterialdiastolic pressure(PADP), pulmonary arterial meanpressure (PAMP), pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP),left atrial systolic pressure (LASP),left atrial diastolic pressure(LADP), and left atrialmean pressure (LAMP) obtained from 116 cases ofpercutaneons bulloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV).The result shows that there is correlative relationship and correlative rule between PAP and LAPin patients with mitmal stenosis. Mean whileit hasverified the aristence of two degresses stenosisbetween the pulmonary artery and the left atrium.
