Binswanger病与糖尿病关系的研究

A STUDY ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BINSWANGER'S DISEASEAND DIABETES

报告经ＭＲＩ确定的Ｂｉｎｓｗａｎｇｅｒ病（ＢＤ）２４例。平均年龄６８岁，均伴非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）。糖尿病史３月～１０年。特点是以进行性记忆力下降、痴呆或急性年中起病，脑部症状广泛、严重，ＭＲＩ除脑室周围白质及半卵圆中心显示Ｔ１是低信号、Ｔ２呈高信号的散在或融合性病变外，常伴多发性腔隙性脑梗塞。针对发病机理进行讨论，提出糖尿病亦为ＢＤ的病因之一。

Abstract We reported 24 cases of Binswanger's disease (BD). All of them were determined by MRI.They had history of non-insulin dependentdiabetes mellitus from 3 months to 10 years. Thecommon characters of the onset were progressivememory deficits, dementia or acute stroke. Thesymptoms of impairment of brain were extensiveand severe. MRI. showed that there were some lowsignal intensity (T1) and high signal intensity (T2)lesions in periventricular white, matter and centrasemiovale. Most of them had mutiple lacunarinfarcts. It is suggested the diabetes is one of thecauses of BD.
